The client’s problem

A staffing agency works two ways at once: companies come for drivers, technicians and warehouse staff, and workers from across Europe come for their next job. Both need to land on their own path within seconds, in their own language.

What we did

We built the site on Astro with React islands and Tailwind, hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Two separate journeys ("for companies" with a staff request, "for workers" with vacancy search, application and profile forms) across three fields: DRIVE, INDUSTRIAL and WORKFORCE. Each hero is an animated 3D scene that loads poster-first, so the page stays fast even on a weak connection.

Result

• Every page and vacancy in 9 languages: EN, DE, PL, RU, FR, LV, LT, ET, NL
• Vacancy catalogue across 3 fields and 15 specialisations, with search by role, country and field
• Country of residence suggested from the visitor's location
• Applications arrive by email with the CV attached; server-side validation, rate limiting and duplicate protection
• Old-site URLs 301-redirected, IndexNow ping on every release
