What we collect
Data you submit voluntarily through the forms on this site: email address, name, phone number or messenger handle, the website/idea/company name you enter, and any comment you write. We also process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we process it
To reply to your request, prepare the free summary you asked for, and communicate with you about a possible project. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Data related to signed contracts is kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers required to run our business (hosting, email delivery, CRM). We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@area37.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
