The client’s problem
The client was losing leads: booking was only possible by phone during working hours, while half of the enquiries came in the evening and at weekends. Instagram requests got lost in DMs.
What we did
- Built a landing page with a clear service structure and prices
- Added online booking with a choice of specialist and time slot
- Set up an instant WhatsApp auto-reply after each request
- Brought every enquiry into one CRM with reminders
- Shot the photos and wrote the copy on our side
